TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please carefully review the following:

ORDERING
Credit cards are charged within 24 business hours of purchase, including any federal, state or municipal tax.

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all items picked up locally at one of our facilities or delivered to an address in California. The tax rate will be based on the state and local rate in the state of California.

RETURN POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if order has not been shipped or picked up, subject to a 10%* cancellation fee. If order has shipped, the 10%* cancellation fee will apply, plus all shipping and return shipping costs. Order

cancellations or changes must be made by speaking to a company representative only. Electronic requests are not accepted. Superair Corporation will not be responsible for cancellations or changes received after shipping.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 15%* restocking fee. All returns must be in the original box, secured with tape and must never have been installed. All manufacturer documentation including

specification sheets, installation guidelines and all other related materials must be included. Superair Corporation reserves the right to refuse any returned product that does not meet these requirements. Customer shall be responsible for any

shipping charges incurred for the shipment and return of product to our warehouse.

A return authorization number must be obtained from Superair Corporation prior to the return of any product. Please contact Superair Corporation customer service to obtain one. Customer shall be responsible for shipping and handling fees at all

times, and any shipping costs will not be refunded. It is strongly recommended that you insure returned product in the same manner as it was shipped. You are responsible for filing a shipping claim should a return be lost or damaged in transit.

*Fee percentage is calculated on the product sale price as stated on the original invoice or receipt, including all shipping fees and applicable taxes.

We will always work with you fairly to insure that you are happy with your purchased product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Superair Corporation only ships products purchased online to addresses within the continental United States. For shipping to anywhere outside the continental United States, please contact us to process your order manually. This will help us obtain the best shipping rates for you.

All orders over 70 lbs are shipped via Freight to ensure proper handling of your system during transport. All orders 70 lbs and under are shipped via signature required UPS or FEDEX ground. Superair Corporation takes great pride in making every

effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in a timely manner and in good condition. However, occasionally damage does occur because of the many mechanical parts, soder connections and refrigerant contained in this type of equipment.

It is very important to inspect your shipment upon delivery or pickup prior to signing the delivery receipt to verify the condition of the shipment and report and/or note any noticeable damage immediately. Please be precise when noting details of any

damage along with photographs which can be very helpful in the success of processing a claim for damage. Any damage discovered after packaging has been removed must be reported to Superair Corporation immediately.

LOCAL PICK UP
Customers are welcome to pick up their purchases in person from our local facilities in Rosemead, California, provided that an appointment for pickup is scheduled. Customer service will provide instructions for scheduling a pickup via email within 24

hours of order placement. Superair requires two (2) business days advance notice for local pickups. All local pick up customers will also be required to present a valid form of ID (drivers license or credit card) with the identical name that appears on

the receipt. If payment was made with a credit card, the credit card must also be presented. Customers will also be required to sign for product before leaving the facility. Any purchased product that is not picked up after 30 days will remain the

property of Superair and you will be credited for your full purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. Please remember, do not show up for your local pick up with out making prior arrangements through the customer service department, as the facility will

not be prepared to handle your order. Unscheduled pickups will be turned away!

INSTALLATION
Superair Corporation does not provide installation and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to hire a certified HVAC technician to install your system. Do-it-yourself installation voids all Superair's manufacturer warranties and could cause damage to the

equipment and harm yourself or your property. Superair Corporation cannot be held liable for improper installation and operation of any equipment purchased from Superair Corporation. Please be advised that federal law prohibits opening any

refrigeration line by anyone not properly licensed. Manufacturer warranties will only be honored if submitted by installing HVAC technician.

Due to constant development, Superair reserves the right to modify technical data without notice. While errors and omissions are a possibility, every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that the information contained herein is correct.
